Showcasing Design Work Nebular Lab may showcase design work on digital channels, including social media and our website, unless otherwise agreed. If you require confidentiality, an NDA between you and Nebular Lab can be issued, which would prevent us from sharing or discussing your work publicly.
Returns and Refunds Nebular Lab reserves the right to deny refunds at its own discretion and without prior notice or liability to the client. All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is requested within the first month of service, all materials produced by Nebular Lab are the property of the company and may not be used by the client in any manner.
Third-Party Fonts If any project incorporates fonts not owned by Nebular Lab and requires a commercial license for the client to legally reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the project ("Third-Party Fonts"), Nebular Lab will notify the client in writing about the incorporation of Third-Party Fonts. The client will be advised to purchase the necessary licenses from the rights-holder(s) of the Third-Party Fonts to ensure legal usage, and the notice will include relevant information for identifying the required licenses and contacting the appropriate parties. Once Nebular Lab has provided the aforementioned notification regarding the incorporation of Third-Party Fonts, the client assumes full responsibility for any consequences that may arise from their failure to purchase the required licenses. Nebular Lab shall not be held liable for any such consequences.
